Weight loss: BMI is the best way to set your goal.


This is my personal experience, and results may vary from person to person.

I have lost 30 lbs in a year. My initial goal was to get back to within normal limits of BMI (under 25 BMI). I had to work on decreasing calorie intake, significantly reducing carbs, including more protein, and an exercise routine, especially 7 min workouts, which helped.

What is a general rule of thumb in healthy weight loss: 2 lbs a week is considered a healthy weight loss.
